The Best Massage
Hidden Gem
Sorry for the suspend in review I was in Bangkok in November, and went in find of Arena Massage, where I start the guys outside overly aggressive. I returned to the ground floor of the building (Arena is on 3rd floor), and noticed "The Best" tucked away in a corner of the building plaza. The few masseurs outside were solicitous but not aggressive, so decided to venture inside. The price-list is very competitive (for Bangkok), and I opted for a minute combination Thai + Aromaoil massage. I asked for medium-pressure, and that is what I got. An excellent massage all-round. Afterwards, I was given a cup of (strong) ginger tea very adj. This place is just 10 minutes walk from the cluster of massage-places around central Silom, but worth looking for. Not simple to spot from the road, but in the plaza of Silom Complex Building. I will be in Bangkok again next month, and definitely will make "The Best" one of my first stops.
